Software Product Return Policy:
All ClickChoice software selections are final. Returns will only be accepted if the software application is deemed defective; or if the wrong selection was fulfilled. In such cases, replacement media will be
sent to the customer at no cost. If the returned media is found to be neither defective nor incorrectly fulfilled, the customer must pay all shipping costs. There will be no convenience returns.
If the product is defective and needs to be returned, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in the return.
Return Policy for Non-Software Products:
If the product is damaged on receipt and needs to be returned, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will assist you in the return.
Return Policy for Products with a Manufacturer/Vendor Warranty:
In the event that you need to return a product to a vendor or manufacturer for service or warranty work, you are responsible for all shipping arrangements, including costs. Original shipping & handling
charges are not refundable. Because each manufacturer has its own policies regarding the procedure and cost of shipping returns, please contact them for details.
Any selection by you of a ClickChoice item is final, and you may not later choose a different ClickChoice Reward or the Primary Reward for this promotion. However, Parago reserves the right to substitute, at
any time and for any reason, the Primary Reward for any ClickChoice Reward selected by you for this promotion.
Shipping of ClickChoice Rewards
ClickChoice rewards requiring shipping can only be delivered to addresses within the continental United States. The method of shipping is determined by Parago, Inc. and may not be changed or upgraded.
